Australian Mountain Pepper Pasta
For a simple meal serve with a gentle beurre noisette with crisped sage, virgin olive oil infused with crushed Australian cold climate garlic over roasted cherry tomatoes, or pan fried pine nuts and chèvre. For a more substantial sauce, try lemon, garlic and marjoram grilled scampi with fresh rocket leaves, or kangaroo and chickpea meatballs topped with rosemary passata.

For a quick meal, serve with courgette slices fried in lemon butter with Pecorino curls, or sautéed field mushrooms and pine nuts. Or try caramalised eggplant strips with a white wine and vegetable stock reduction, or pan-fried chicken tenders tossed with garden herbs and asparagus tips.
